Can't download?

Troubleshooting File Downloads
If you are experiencing errors or failures when trying to download files, try the following tips:

1. Use a VPN
Activating a VPN can help bypass regional restrictions and improve the stability of your internet connection. Connecting via a VPN masks your IP address and opens up alternative data transfer routes, which is especially useful if you have problems accessing websites or download servers.

2. Disable ad blockers
Ad blocking extensions can prevent websites from working correctly, including interfering with file downloads. Temporarily disable such extensions or add the website you are visiting to the exceptions list.

3. Change DNS servers on your router
The default DNS servers provided by your ISP may be slow or unstable. Replacing them with faster and more reliable ones, such as those from Cloudflare or Google, can significantly speed up your internet and improve file downloads.

How to change DNS and speed up data loading
Configuring alternative DNS servers on your router can improve the quality of your Internet connection. Here's how to do it:

Go to your router settings — to do this, enter the IP address of the device in the browser (usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1).

Enter your login and password. By default, “admin” / “admin” is often used.

Find the section related to DNS. It can be located in the “Internet” or “Network” subsections — depending on the router model.

Specify new DNS addresses. You can use:

Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1

Google: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Save the changes. After that, the device will start using the new DNS servers, which can improve the loading speed and overall stability of the connection.
